The search for new producers of α-L-rhamnosidases and the study their properties are constantly carried out, which makes it possible to identify enzymes with unique properties. Thus, marine species microorganisms can radically differ in habitat conditions from terrestrial ones. Previously, we have isolated a number representatives Black Sea microbiota. However, results these studies did not allow us isolate strain promising further α-L-rhamnosidase synthesized by it. Therefore, purpose this work was effective among microbiota obtained its different depths. Methods. Glycosidase activities were determined Romero Davis methods. Results. activity dynamics growth 10 cultures showed that only glycosidase activity, found on third day cultivation six (07, 044, 050, 052, 054, 247) ten studied, toward α-L-rhamnosidase. 5th cultivation, an increase (and some strains, appearance) noted all tested (from 0.01 0.12 U/mL). On 7th supernatant culture liquid ranged 0.02 0.2 U/mL. highest (0.2 U/mL) 052. 10th maximum (0.55 052 slightly lower (0.35 U/mL, 0.28 0.23 054 respectively.
